Circles

Classic perforated sheet — round holes on a square pitch, at your exact size.

Round holes on a regular grid are the canonical perforated metal — the pattern of speaker grilles, machine guards, and mid-century room dividers. Buying perforated sheet means accepting stock hole sizes and stock sheet sizes; generating it means the holes, pitch, and panel are exactly what your project needs.

About the circles pattern

Circles are the friendliest opening a cutter can make: no corners to overburn, even heat distribution, and a forgiving geometry on both laser and plasma. That makes this pattern the safe choice for thicker plate or tighter schedules, and the round opening softens an otherwise technical panel.

Scale sets the hole diameter and density the pitch between holes — together they set the open area, from a sparse dotted accent to a tight industrial mesh. The bar width slider enforces a minimum web between holes so the file always cuts as one connected sheet.
