Rectangles
Staggered slots with a louver feel — airflow with a low profile.
Rows of rectangular slots, offset like running-bond brickwork, give a panel strong horizontal lines and generous open area while keeping the sheet stiff. It's the perforation pattern that reads architectural rather than industrial — closer to louvers or slatted screens than to pegboard.
About the rectangles pattern
The stagger matters structurally as well as visually: offsetting each row means no continuous vertical seam of weakness, so slotted panels hold their flatness at sizes where aligned openings would oil-can. The strong horizontals also make rectangles a natural fit anywhere you want a panel to read wider or lower than it is.
Scale sets the slot length, density the row spacing, and bar width how much metal separates the cuts. Stretch the scale for long, louver-like slots on a fence panel; shrink it for a tight brick texture on a counter front. The export is a single connected sheet, ready for any laser or plasma table.
